DEA Proposes Rule to Expand Schedule III Listing of Dronabinol-Containing Drugs

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing a rule to modify the listing of Marinol formulation in Schedule III, allowing certain generic drug products containing dronabinol to also be included in the listing, and potentially transferring FDA-approved generic versions of these products from Schedule I to Schedule III.
