Bureau of Industry and Security Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Space-Related Export Controls

The Bureau of Industry and Security has extended the deadline for written comments on its proposed rule revising space-related export controls, including the addition of a license exception for commercial space activities, to December 23, 2024, from the original November 22, 2024 deadline.
