EPA Publishes Revised Notice on Environmental Settlement Agreement

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a revised notice regarding a settlement agreement under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), originally published on October 28, 2010.
