FMCSA Reopens Comment Period for Broker and Freight Forwarder Financial Responsibility Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is extending the compliance date for certain provisions of its 'Broker and Freight Forwarder Financial Responsibility' rule from January 16, 2025, to January 16, 2026, to allow regulated entities time to use a new online registration system.
