EEOC Proposes Amendments to Recordkeeping Regulations for Pregnancy and Disability

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission proposes to update its recordkeeping regulations to include requirements for pregnant workers, building on existing laws such as the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
