U.S. Department of Commerce Amends Preliminary Countervailing Duty Determination on Solar Cells from Malaysia

The U.S. Department of Commerce amended its preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from Malaysia, correcting an error in the publication date of the amended cash deposit rates.
