EPA Proposes Clean Data Determination for Los Angeles-South Coast Air Basin

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to make a clean data determination for the Los Angeles-South Coast Air Basin in California, allowing certain Clean Air Act requirements to be suspended if the area continues to meet the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 NAAQS.
