FTC Announces 2025 Drug and Alcohol Testing Rates for FTA Recipients

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will maintain minimum random drug testing rates of 50% for drugs and 10% for alcohol in 2025 for recipients of FTA financial assistance.
