EPA Proposes Settlement with Miners Point Ventures over Central City Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a settlement agreement with Miners Point Ventures, LLC, over the Central City, Clear Creek Superfund Site in Colorado, allowing for a bona fide prospective purchaser to proceed with response action.
