EPA Grants Partial Approval of Petitions Against Flint Hills Resources Operating Permit

The EPA Administrator signed an order on November 14, 2024, partially approving petitions from the Environmental Integrity Project, Ingleside on the Bay Coastal Watch Association, and TCHD Consulting LLC, which objected to a Clean Air Act operating permit issued to Flint Hills Resources LLC for its Ingleside Terminal in San Patricio County, Texas.
