NIH Proposes Changes to HIV Organ Transplant Research Criteria

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is proposing to revise the research criteria for transplanting organs from donors with HIV to recipients with HIV, following a change in regulations allowing kidney and liver transplants from HIV-positive donors without research participation.
