U.S. Department of Energy Issues Record of Decision for Elemental Mercury Management

The U.S. Department of Energy is issuing a Record of Decision to manage and store elemental mercury, meeting its statutory responsibility to address mercury generated within the U.S. as required by the 2008 Mercury Export Ban Act and the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act.
