EPA Partially Approves and Disapproves Utah's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan

The EPA has partially approved and partially disapproved a regional haze state implementation plan submitted by Utah to address Clean Air Act requirements, while disapproving a portion of the state's infrastructure SIP submission related to the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
