FMCSA Renews Exemption for National School Transportation Association

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has renewed the exemption for the National School Transportation Association (NSTA) to allow CDL applicants to skip the 'under-the-hood' testing requirement for school bus endorsements, valid for two years.
