EPA Lodges Consent Decree and Environmental Settlement under CERCLA and RCRA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent decree and environmental settlement with a company related to contamination at a site in the United States, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
