NMFS Decreases Groundfish Fishing Capacity Reduction Program Fee

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has reduced the fee rate for the Pacific Coast Groundfish fee-share fishery to 2.25 percent to repay a $28,428,718.88 loan related to the fishing capacity reduction program, which was financed by a $35,662,471 loan.
