FHWA Finalizes Actions on SR 3 Freight Corridor Project in Washington State
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has taken final actions on the SR 3 Freight Corridor--New Alignment project in western Washington, which will construct a new alignment of the highway with a speed limit of 50 miles per hour.
