EPA Proposes Final Nitrogen Oxide and Sulfur Dioxide Limits for Michigan and Minnesota Taconite Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to finalize nitrogen oxide (NOx) and/or sulfur dioxide (SO2) limits for five taconite facilities in Michigan and Minnesota, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the Federal implementation plan (FIP) for best available retrofit technology (BART) at taconite facilities.
