EPA Approves Maryland Air Quality Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that the Anne Arundel and Baltimore County sulfur dioxide nonattainment area met the 2010 1-hour primary national ambient air quality standard by the applicable attainment date of September 12, 2021, based on certified air quality data and modeling analysis.
