EEOC Requests Three-Year PRA Approval for Revised State and Local Government Information Report

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a three-year approval of revisions to the EEO-4 report, a form used to collect information from state and local governments.
