FMCSA Corrects Exemption Notice for Epilepsy and Seizure Disorders

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has corrected its notice regarding exemptions for 11 individuals from the requirement that interstate commercial motor vehicle drivers have no established medical history or clinical diagnosis of epilepsy or seizure disorders. The corrected expiration date for the exemptions is November 13, 2026.
