EPA Approves Air Plan Revisions for Maricopa County, Arizona

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the Maricopa County Air Quality Department's portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan, regulating emissions of volatile organic compounds from storage and gasoline. The revisions are part of the Clean Air Act and are associated with the 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standards in the Phoenix-Mesa area.
