U.S. Department of Transportation Proposes Waiver for Transit-Oriented Development Projects

The U.S. Department of Transportation is proposing a waiver of domestic preference requirements for transit-oriented development projects receiving credit assistance under the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act and Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing programs.
