U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lists Peasco Least Chipmunk as Endangered Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has designated the Peasco least chipmunk as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, with approximately 4,386 acres in New Mexico's Lincoln County as critical habitat.
