EPA Finalizes Federal Plan for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency finalized a federal plan for commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units that commenced construction before June 4, 2010, and have not been modified or reconstructed since August 7, 2013, aiming to reduce emissions of regulated pollutants.
