TEXRail Requests Amendment to Positive Train Control Safety Plan and System

TEXRail submitted its updated Positive Train Control Safety Plan and Interoperable Electronic Train Management System to the Federal Railroad Administration for approval and public comment, with a request to certify its system as a 'mixed' positive train control system.
