NIST Proposes New NEPA Implementing Procedures and Categorical Exclusions

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking public comment on its draft procedures for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and establishing new categorical exclusions (CEs) to minimize environmental impact.
