U.S. Department of Commerce Determines OCTAL SAOC FZC Did Not Sell Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce found that OCTAL SAOC FZC, the sole producer/exporter under review, did not sell Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin at less than its normal value during the 2022-2023 antidumping duty administrative review period.
