NMFS Proposes Revision to Western North Pacific Gray Whale DPS Under ESA

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes a revision to the Code of Federal Regulations to update the description of the western North Pacific gray whale distinct population segment, based on the best available science and a recent 5-year review.
