EPA Issues Significant New Use Rules for Certain Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requiring companies to notify the agency at least 90 days prior to manufacturing or processing certain chemicals for a new use, in accordance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
