U.S. Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Solar Cell Reviews

The U.S. Department of Commerce has released the final results of the changed circumstances reviews of antidumping and countervailing duties on solar cells from China, with adjustments to the Appendix V certification for Hanwha Q CELLS Malaysia.
