EPA Proposes Modification to 2022 NPDES CGP for Stormwater Discharges

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a modification to its 2022 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Construction General Permit (CGP) to expand coverage to construction projects in Lands of Exclusive Federal Jurisdiction, clarifying requirements for projects discharging to receiving waters in these areas.
