EPA Grants Exemption to Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. for Bacillus Thuringiensis Cry1Da2 Protein in Corn

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1Da2 protein in corn, eliminating the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues.
