U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Suncity Sheets Made Sales of Welded Stainless Pressure Pipe at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found Suncity Sheets Pvt., Ltd. made sales of welded stainless pressure pipe from India at less than normal value in the U.S. during November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023, and is rescinding the review for certain companies.
