FBI Proposes New Privacy Act System for Law Enforcement Records

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has proposed a new system of records, the Data Integration and Visualization System (DIVS), which is exempt from certain subsections of the Privacy Act due to national security and law enforcement concerns.
