MBDA Removes Racial and Ethnic Presumptions
The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) has amended its regulations to comply with a court ruling that struck down racial and ethnic presumptions, following the Nuziard et al v. Minority Business Development Agency et al. court decision.
