EPA Finalizes Determination that Texas Counties Attained 2010 SO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its determination that Freestone-Anderson and Titus Counties in Texas have attained the 2010 1-hour primary sulfur dioxide national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) by the applicable attainment date of January 12, 2022.
