US Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone in Suisun Bay for MOTCO Operations

The US Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone in Suisun Bay, CA, from December 12, 2024, to December 19, 2024, to protect personnel and the marine environment during explosive handling operations at Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO). Vessel operators must obtain permission to anchor within the safety zone.
