OPM Issues Final Rule on Administrative Leave Categories for Federal Employees

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule on the acceptable uses and proper recording of administrative leave, investigative leave, and notice leave for covered Federal employees, as mandated by the Administrative Leave Act of 2016.
