NMFS Revises Confidentiality of Information Regulations Under Magnuson-Stevens Act

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is issuing a final rule to update regulations on confidentiality of information requirements under the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, aligning with the 2006 Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act and other relevant legislation.
