NMFS Seeks Comments on Vineyard Northeast Offshore Wind Project Marine Mammal Authorization

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on Vineyard Northeast, LLC's request to take small numbers of marine mammals incidental to the development of the Vineyard Northeast Offshore Wind Project in the Outer Continental Shelf off Massachusetts and Connecticut.
