EPA Redesignates Whatcom County, WA SO2 Nonattainment Area to Attainment

The EPA approved Washington's plan to maintain attainment of the 2010 1-hour primary SO2 NAAQS in Whatcom County, WA, and redesignated the area to attainment after the closure of the Intalco Aluminum LLC smelter.
