EPA Reissues 2026 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Pesticide General Permit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued the final 2026 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) pesticide general permit, replacing the existing 2021 permit, and authorizing point source discharges from pesticide applications in the US, effective October 31, 2026.
