EPA Proposes Settlement for Licking Chemical Spill Site in Ohio

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed settlement with William H. Trucking, LLC, to recover past response costs for the Licking Chemical Spill Site in Licking County, Ohio, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
