FAA to Recognize Foreign Air Operator Certificates from Regional Safety Oversight Organizations

The FAA will review and potentially recognize air operator certificates issued by regional safety oversight organizations to foreign carriers from states that are members of those organizations, for evaluating foreign applicants.
