Updates to New Chemicals Regulations Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending the new chemicals procedural regulations under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to improve efficiency and update existing policies. The amendments, effective as of June 22, 2016, will enhance the quality of information submitted for new chemicals notices and streamline the review process.
