EPA Releases Preliminary Plan 16 for Effluent Guidelines and Pretreatment Standards

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released Preliminary Plan 16, a biennial plan for new and revised effluent limitations guidelines and pretreatment standards, soliciting public comment. The plan reviews effluent guidelines and pretreatment standards for 2022 and 2023, and updates analyses and tools to improve the EPA's planning process.
