EPA Proposes Partial Approval and Disapproval of California's Regional Haze Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove California's regional haze state implementation plan, submitted on August 9, 2022, under the Clean Air Act and the EPA's Regional Haze Rule for the program's second implementation period.
