FEMA Reevaluates Safe Room Construction Program

FEMA has released a Supplemental Programmatic Environmental Assessment to reexamine its 2011 analysis for Safe Room Construction, and has determined that the original Finding of No Significant Impact remains valid after incorporating updated analysis.
