Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma Receives HEARTH Act Approval for Business Leasing Ordinance

The Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma has received approval from the Bureau of Indian Affairs to enter into various types of leases without further approval under the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012 (HEARTH Act).
